Do this as fast as you can "For Time":
 
1500 meter row machine
50 mountain climbers
50 air squats
50 push ups
50 wall balls
 
Don't move on until you complete the task.
 
Substitute row machine for 150 box jumps if you don't have one.
 
 
Need MORE! Go finish with 10 pull ups and a 2 minute wall sit.
