Domestic Shipping Guidelines
All in-stock orders with approved payment received by 3pm Pacific Standard Time (6:00 PM EST) typically ship the same day from Monday-Friday excluding major holidays, but please allow 1-2 business days during peak season. You will receive an automatic email when your package ships complete with tracking number.
In the event any of the items in your order are “Out of Stock,” someone from our Customer Service team will contact you with the anticipated back in stock date. While most items sold on Forrest & Harold are in stock, there are certain high demand products that have an additional processing lead time. For example, if an item is listed with "Limited Quantities. Ships 6/18 - 6/25", your order will not ship until that time frame. Once shipped, it will take the estimated transit time listed below to arrive. If you have questions regarding stock status or shipping timelines, please contact us.

United States Postal Service (USPS) “First-Class” option is NOT a guaranteed class of service. While it is a dependable option, it is not the recommended shipping service level if your delivery is time sensitive.
