What are F&H wallets made of?
Our wallets are made from top-grain genuine leather, stainless steel in some cases. Some of our wallets also include RFID protection.
What is RFID?
RFID stands for Radio-Frequency Identification. We use a proprietary material inside some of our wallets to block theft through the use of RFID skimming. This material stops would be thieves from stealing information off the cards stored in your wallet.
Are the colors accurately depicted on your website?
The answer is yes! We do not modify or enhance the images and colors of our wallets. We make every attempt to accurately depict the colors; however, as each computer monitor is calibrated differently, the actual color may vary slightly.
Do you offer a warranty?
All of our F&H wallets are covered by a 2 Year Warranty from the day they were purchased. Click here for more information.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return/exchange policy?
As long as your item is still in its brand new condition (i.e. no signs of use, wear & tear) and within 30 days of delivery, you are eligible for a full refund of the item(s) to the original form of payment used for the purchase. We'll happily process an exchange within 30 days of delivery for any other item of equal or lesser value. Just follow the returns and exchanges process from our returns page here.
How long will it take to process and ship my order?
Orders received by 3:00 P.M. PST/ 6:00 P.M. EST will be shipped the same day on weekdays. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. We’ll send you an email when your package ships, complete with tracking info.
Where do you ship your wallets from?
We ship from our warehouse in Boston, Massachusetts, Monday-Friday (excluding national holidays).
Do you ship outside the United states?
Forrest & Harold offers economical shipping options to the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, as well as Europe.
