Workout - Do Your Best But Push Yourself
Break this up into 10 Rounds:
10 push ups
20 sit ups
30 air squats
Repeat for those 10 Rounds
Try to keep your rest to 30 seconds. If you fail on a movement to reach the number move to the next movement. You'll build to doing the full amount.
If this is easy, try to do this in under 30 minutes.
